Allsorts were keen to close the gap and their defensive team of Stephanie Tulloch and Terri Malcolmson were working hard to intercept many passes and working well with centre Rachel Young to move the ball up the court. Allsorts Shooters Kayleigh Gear and Meghan Henry never gave up but The McEwan’s defence team of Amber Paton and Ellie Sutherland stuck close to their players to help maintain McEwan’s lead of 23-17. Allsorts tired in the final quarter and this meant McEwans kept their lead and won the game 33-25. Players of the match were Alexis Jamieson for Allsorts and Eileen Robertson for McEwans.
