Quarter 1 opened with a quick first shot from Lara White at GS. There was good pressure from Delting in defence from Nicola Robertson and Jenna Mowat but Mishaps were in control of the game and were finding the net with ease. Erin Hunter GA for Delting alongside Lara White at GS were working well together to make the most of any scoring opportunities.

Quarter 2 saw a good steal from Delting on the Mishaps centre followed by a shot and a goal from White. Good communication and linking play from Mishaps defence put the pressure on Delting forcing errors. Super linking play from Delting shooters helping them to get more goals. A great interception by Kaitlyn Johnson from a high pass into the circle to stop Mishaps from getting a shot away.

Quarter 3 started with the first 3 goals in favour of Mishaps. Both teams were working hard for the ball with good team work in the mid court. This quarter was a very quick moving quarter, good end to end play with a few shots in between. Both teams played exceptionally well.

Quarter 4 saw Delting’s Niamh Batty made a comeback at WD. Delting defence were strong and saw good interceptions from Kaitlyn Johnson at GD. Mishaps displayed good passing up the court and along with accurate shooting continued to build up a lead. Mishaps strong communication was an advantage for their team as they were able to pull away in the final quarter. The game ended 35-27 to Mishaps.  Player of the match for Delting was Erin Hunter and Mishaps player of the match was Elaine Gair
