Unst were still fighting hard in the second quarter with mid court players Ashley Symington and Jade Nicolson picking up several interceptions. However, Tullochs’ strong play in attack saw their lead increase to 13 – 4 at half time.

The second half of the game continued at a fast pace with excellent play from Unst’s young shooter Josie Smith as she worked tirelessly in the circle against Tullochs defence. Despite Unst’s efforts, they were unable to close the gap and the third quarter ended 26 – 6 to Tullochs.
